Why is my product stuck on pending?

If your product is stuck on pending for 1 hour and more, it’s one of those reason bellow
1. KreziCart hasn’t see your product yet
2. There’s missing information example, Description, Photo, Size, color etc..
3. Your product if not following our rules

Fix those errors and KreziCart will publish it.

How do I add a product on KreziCart?

We have two types of products
1. Simple (Products that has no options)
2. Variable (Products that has options. Example, Colors, Size etc.)

What’s the process of selling on KreziCart?

How much percentage (%) does KreziCart take?

KreziCart doesn’t take any percentage from your sales!

When do I get paid?

We pay after 7 days of order being delivered to the buyer. We pay through Mon Cash, PayPal and Bank transfer. To learn how to withdraw your money, CLICK HERE


How does KreziCart prevent card fraud?

Online payments are monitored by our systems for any suspicious activity and some transactions are verified through extensive checks if we find that they are not authorized by the owner of the card. When we’re not able to rule fraud out in rare cases, the transaction is kept on hold and we ask the shopper to share relevant proofs. This is done to make sure that the transaction is genuine and authorized.

Which payment methods can I use on KreziCart?

Visa, MasterCard, Mon Cash, PayPal, Cryptocurrency and Krezi Wallet.

How can I pay through paypal?

Before paying with PayPal, you will need a PayPal account. To Pay with PayPal, checkout the product you want to buy in KreziCart and select PayPal as a payment method

How can I pay with my credit card or debit card?

On our website you can pay with Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard, Maestro debit cards, and American Express. Enter your card information on the checkout page.

What are the delivery charges?

On KreziCart, Vendors have the ability to add their own delivery charges. We do not have control on the vendor delivery charges. They can offer free shipping or they can charge for a shipping fee.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors

– The Seller offering the product
– Product’s availability with the Seller
– The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller.

Every products have a delivery time. Products that come from other countries can take around 3-21 days to arrive.

Products that are located in Haiti can take around 1-7 days.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, etc.) on items sold by sellers on KreziCart?

No there’s no hidden cost in KreziCart.


Why do I see different prices for the same product?

You could see different prices for the same product, as it could be listed by many Sellers.

Is installation offered for all products?

Installation and demo are offered for certain items by sellers through the brand or an authorized service provider. Please check the individual product page to see if these services are offered for the item.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on KreziCart?

Yes, it’s necessary to log into your KreziCart account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security.

You’ll have access to a personalized shopping experience including recommendations and quicker check-out.

Do sellers on KreziCart ship internationally?

Some of the sellers on KreziCart ships internationally.

How are items packaged?

Products sold by Sellers with KreziCart Assured products are shipped in packages with waterproof plastic wrap and more.

Fragile items like electronics are safely secured with bubble wrap.


Contacting sellers?

A seller is not responding to me. What should I do?
If a seller has not responded within a reasonable time frame and if your query relates to an order, you can:

a. Cancel the order
Once you have raised a cancellation request in the system, the system will cancel your order once the order processing time has run out.

b. Find another seller
If a seller has not responded within a reasonable time frame, we suggest you find another seller offering the same product.

c. Open a dispute
If you’re not satisfied with an order or it has not arrived, you can apply for a refund by opening a dispute. Please make sure you do this within the Buyer Protection period. Click here to open a dispute.

How to place orders?

How do I place an order on KreziCart?

1. When you found a product that you like, make sure you check product specifications such as sizes and colors. You can also find more detailed information, such as sizing tables, if you scroll down the product detail page. (Depends on the product)

2. Some sellers also offer coupons. You can find them in their store and the product detail pages.

3. When you’re ready to place your order, you need to click on the “Buy Now” button and it will bring you to the checkout page. You can also add the product to your ”Cart” first and continue shopping later.

4. If you want buy all the items in your cart, simply click “Buy All” to place your order

Note: once the order has been paid, you are unable to change the shipping address. However, you can contact the seller to request a change.

How do I cancel an order?

Click on my order and select the order you wish to cancel. If the order has been shipped, you won’t be able to cancel the order. If the cancel button doesn’t appear, please contact kreziCart.
